BTKA Self-Defense Class
BTKA Self-Defense Curriculum teaches the basics from San Da, Shuai Jiao, Qin Na, and ground fighting. Students will be introduced to basic footwork, learn to apply defensive techniques, throws and locks, offensive moves such as punching, kicking, elbowing, kneeing, as well as ground fighting. This class is good for entry level students who have no martial arts background. It is also beneficial for more advanced students to review, practice their techniques, work on timing and optimal distancing from their opponents.
